What we collect

When you use Milo, we also store the workspace content you choose to create or upload, such as business profile details, brand settings, clients, projects, proposals, invoices, shared links, and product preferences.
How we use your data
We use this information to operate Milo, secure accounts, sync your workspace, send authentication and product emails, support you, understand product usage, and improve reliability and the product experience. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Shared content
If you share a proposal, invoice, portal, or other client-facing page using a Milo link, the data visible on that page can be accessed by anyone with that URL. This may include business and client-facing details you chose to publish in the shared document.
Services we rely on
Milo uses third-party providers to run the product, including infrastructure and database services, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and customer contact tooling. Those providers process data on our behalf only to help us deliver the service.
Storage, sessions, and analytics
Milo uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember workspace state, and preserve in-app progress. We also use product analytics tooling to understand how Milo is used and where the experience is breaking down so we can improve the service. We do not use Milo to sell advertising profiles.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and workspace data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and keep the service up to date. We keep data for as long as needed to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices
You can update much of your account and workspace data inside Milo. If you want to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related requests, and we'll help.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as Milo evolves. When we make material changes, we may post the update in the product or on the website, or notify you through the contact details tied to your account.
