Acceptance
By using Milo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
Milo is a web-based tool for creating, managing, and sharing invoices. We provide the platform as-is and make no guarantees about uptime or availability, though we strive to keep the service running reliably.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create and the business information you enter. You must not use the service for fraudulent invoicing, illegal activity, or to send unsolicited communications. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Your data
You retain ownership of all content you create in Milo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your invoices or business data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Shared invoices
When you share an invoice via a link, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient is the intended party. Shared invoice links are accessible to anyone who has the URL. You can revoke sharing at any time.
Limitation of liability
Milo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed payments, or business disputes arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (if any).
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
